Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Gulf Shores By Ihg, Gulf Shores

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is perfectly situated right near the beach and close to all the attractions in Gulf Shores. The rooms were nice and clean, and I appreciated the comfortable king-size bed adorned with rose petals. However, I faced some issues with the service when my reservation couldn't be found, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s a great spot for a beach getaway, but some service aspects could use improvement.
